Main advantages of this 50w COB LED street lamp:

1. Very thick and strong aluminum lamp body. In fact, this is a very old model in the markets, and we started selling this model since 2008. The low quality items in the markets are very thin, it is less than 2.5kgs, and they can not reach IP65 at all; but, the weight of our item reached 5.5kgs, the aluminum body is very strong and thick, which guaranteed very excellent heating dissipation and real IP65 grade.

2. Using real high quality multi chip LED array with BridgeLux 45MIL chip. We have our own ENCAPSULATION WORKSHOP, and made LED array ourselves; we are using top quality materials for encapsulation: pure copper fixtures, Intematix phosphor, and Shin-Etsu silica gel, the performance will be very excellent, and the lumen decay will be very slow.

3. Using top quality driver from well-known manufacturers only, like Mean Well, SOSEN, etc. To make sure a stable performance of led, we need to use a qualified power supply with stable and accurate output. Some small factories just bought housing, power supplies and led from the markets, then assembled them and sold to customers, this can not guarantee the quality at all. But, we are not, we gave all detailed data of our led to driver manufacturer, and ask them to design and produce the suitable one for us.

4. Details make perfection. As we know, the biggest problem of LED technology is the problem of heating dissipation; if the heating on led array can be conducted quickly and fully, the life of led can be much longer. To make sure full conduction of heating, we polished the surface of heat sinks(the parts installed LED array) very carefully. Meanwhile, we are using top quality thermal grease(DOW CORNING from USA). But, most of small factories did not pay attention on these detailes at all.
