Our egg pre-cooking, steaming, and peeling production line is designed for high efficiency and low egg breakage. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, it ensures hygienic, reliable processing for large-scale egg production, enhancing productivity and reducing labor costs.
Equipment Overview:
The egg steaming and shelling production line is a complete set of egg (brown shell and white shell egg) processing production line equipment independently produced in my country based on foreign advanced technology and improvement. The main parts of the equipment are imported, and digested, transformed and innovated according to the characteristics of domestic raw material eggs and customer needs. The egg washing, centering, steaming and shelling production line integrates automatic cleaning, distribution, pre-cooking centering, steaming, cooling, shell breaking and shelling. The complete set of egg processing equipment production line equipment has high automation procedures. The whole machine adopts SUS304 food-grade stainless steel, which is safe and hygienic, reliable in quality, and easy to maintain. At the same time, the continuous production line production has high production efficiency and labor saving. The production line adopts a unique centering pre-cooking system to make the egg yolk not eccentric, so the breakage is lower. The production line adopts (steaming) soda water mixed heating to save energy consumption. After boiling the eggs, they directly enter cold water for cooling. The eggshell membrane and egg white are easy to separate, and the shelling efficiency is higher. This production line is suitable for the processing and production needs of egg processing enterprises such as boiled eggs, marinated eggs, iron eggs, and salt-baked eggs.

Technical advantages:
1. The main body of the equipment and related accessories are made of SUS304 material, which is corrosion-resistant, safe and hygienic.
2. Use imported chains and add food-grade grease to improve their load-bearing capacity and wear resistance.
3. Polymer bearings are made of imported raw materials to improve their mechanical strength, rigidity, hardness, and contain solid lubricants that are self-lubricating, with excellent friction and outstanding wear resistance.
4. The special rubber for shelling machine is made of imported raw materials, thickened by 3.5mm, anti-aging, wear-resistant and has a long service life.
5. Accurate temperature control, using imported Siemens steam regulating valve, according to the process parameters Siemens control module collects temperature and other related values, performs accurate and fast calculations, controls the switch ratio of the Siemens steam regulating valve, accurately controls the steam flow, small temperature difference, and uniform heat distribution.
6. Perfect quality control system, from the purchase of accessories to the production process, there are dedicated personnel responsible for inspection and acceptance, and the equipment is tested and inspected for all aspects of operation before leaving the factory. The equipment must run smoothly, without troubles, and meet product requirements before it can leave the factory.
7. Cool the eggs quickly after cooking, so that the eggshell membrane and egg white can be easily separated, the peeling efficiency is high and the breakage rate is low.
Process flow:
Eggs are loaded in water tanks or manually, with optional optical inspection system, spread out in rows, pre-cooked and centering, steamed, cooled and shelled.
There are two models to choose from: 10,000 pieces/hour and 20,000 pieces/hour.
