Process flow:
Egg loading → Light inspection → Select large and small eggs → Brush cleaning → Pre-cooking and centering → Pre-cooking → Cooling → Peeling → Eggshell conveying → Cleaning and selecting → Marinating → Baking → Packing → Sterilization → Packing
1.Use an egg stacker to stack the eggs on the equipment and automatically arrange them into multiple rows of eggs.
2. LED special light source light transmission detection selects out bad eggs.
3. The eggs are combined into double rows and sprayed with hot water (cleaning agent) and arranged before brush cleaning.
4. Use electronic weighing to remove overweight or underweight eggs by weight.
5. Use a special brush to wash the eggs.
6. Spread the washed double-row eggs into multiple rows of eggs and transport them in a row uphill.
7. Use a unique mechanical structure to center and pre-cook the eggs.
8. Use automatic steam hot water to boil the eggs.
9. Use tap water to cool the eggs.
10. Crack the cooled eggs and peel them.
11. Select the bad eggs and spray them.
12. The eggs enter the braising machine for braising.
13. The braising eggs enter the continuous baking machine for baking.
14. Package the eggs.
15. Sterilize the eggs .
16. Pack the eggs into boxes and store them.
