Duck egg cleaning and grading line

The duck egg cleaning and grading production line automates the cleaning, sorting, and grading of duck eggs. It ensures high hygiene standards and precise grading based on size and quality, enhancing efficiency for large-scale egg processing.
1. Egg loading in water: Pour the whole basket of eggs into the water tank, and the eggs are automatically transported by the conveyor chain.
2. High-pressure spraying: During the transportation process, the spray liquid can be heated by high-pressure spraying with clean water, and disinfectant can be sprayed on the surface of the eggs.
3. Brush cleaning: After being sprayed with clean water, the eggs enter the brush cleaning. The eggs are guaranteed to rotate during the transportation process, and the eggs are brushed all around with the brush.
4. Light inspection: Using a special light source and mechanical structure, the eggs are transmitted to check out inferior eggs such as stale eggs, impurity eggs, and water-filled eggs.
5. Drying system: Through mechanical brushing and low-temperature drying, the moisture attached to the surface of the eggs can be removed.
6. Electronic grading (can also be equipped with mechanical grading): Using an electronic control system, the eggs are divided into 5 or 7 grades according to different weights, and are classified in order from large to small.
7. Receiving eggs in water: After grading, the eggs can be equipped with egg receiving baskets and received in water, saving labor and reducing production costs.
The cleaning line adopts modular design, and can be equipped with transition egg loading + grading equipment, optical inspection system and drying system according to the customer's production process.
