Dual-layer water bath sterilizer ensures uniform heat distribution for effective sterilization. Ideal for food processing, it offers energy efficiency and precise temperature control for large-scale production lines.

Working principle of double-layer water bath sterilizer:

1. Put the product into the sterilization kettle and close the door;

2. Open the steam valve and exhaust, inject steam into the sterilizer, and do not start the fan at this time;

3. When most of the air in the kettle is exhausted and the temperature reaches above 100 degrees, close the exhaust valve;

4. Control the diaphragm valve to allow steam to pass through and start the fan to heat up and sterilize;

5. After the sterilization is completed, it enters the micro-cooling and full-cooling stages. The fan is turned on during the micro-cooling stage;

6. Enter the full cooling stage, cool to the temperature required by the process, and turn off the fan.

Double-layer water bath sterilizer application scope:

1. Plastic containers: PP bottles, PP cups, PP boxes, HDPE bottles, HDPE cups, HDPE boxes.

2. Soft bag packaging: aluminum foil bags, transparent bags, vacuum bags, high temperature steaming and other snack foods.

3. Canned products: tinplate (three-piece cans).

Double-layer water bath sterilizer equipment features:

1. The sterilization process water is stored in the upper tank. During sterilization, hot water quickly fills the sterilizer. High temperature and short time sterilization improves work efficiency.

2. After sterilization, the process water is recycled to the upper tank for storage and recycling, which greatly saves steam and water energy consumption and reduces production costs.

3. Double steam pipes are placed at the bottom of the pot, and steam and water are in direct contact to fully utilize the thermal energy of steam.

4. Liquid flow switching device: The sterilization process water continuously switches the water inlet and outlet directions from top, bottom, left and right to ensure uniform heat distribution in the pot and sterilization without dead corners, especially for large-packaged products, the heat penetration effect is better, and the temperature of the constant temperature sterilization section can be controlled at ±0.5℃.

5. PLC fully automatic control, touch screen command input. It uses the world-renowned brand Siemens () to store multiple sterilization formulas, and the low-voltage electrical appliances use the world-renowned brand Schneider (), and the temperature and pressure control operation is stable and reliable.

6. The sterilization process formula is protected by multi-level passwords, eliminating the possibility of misoperation.

7. F value sterilization control system, multi-stage heating and cooling, constant detection of the F value of the sterilization product to ensure consistent high quality products.
