1. Clean the aluminum scraps on the equipment after work every day, especially the transmission parts and moving parts of the equipment (such as: guide rail, cylinder, working panel, etc.);

2. Regularly check the screws of all parts of the equipment to prevent loosening, resulting in accuracy error and safety accidents.

3. Regularly wipe diluted lubricating oil (such as linear guide rail) for each transmission shaft of the equipment;

4. The oil-based cutting fluid should be selected for aluminum machine, and the water blending ratio should be appropriately reduced;

5. Check whether there is icing in the air circuit and solenoid valve body of the equipment before starting work every day to ensure that the gas path is unobstructed before using the equipment. In order to avoid freezing of the gas path, it is necessary to discharge water from the air compressor every day and replace the filter element.

6. Check whether the power switch is normal and whether the wire is aging every day. If there is any problem, replace it immediately.

7. Aluminum profiles, wood, etc. should be handled with care to prevent collision, resulting in equipment damage and error.

8. It is forbidden to work with gloves on the equipment. Do not wear scarves and other similar clothing to prevent accidents.
