1. Regular maintenance
Check whether the sound of the transmission parts in the front and rear transmission boxes is normal; whether the timing belt is deviated; whether the bearings of the roller parts, friction roller parts, wire guides and transmission parts are heated and vibrated; whether the top rollers have scars; Whether the rotation of false twister, bobbin holder chuck and top roller is flexible, etc.

Overhaul: On the basis of minor repairs, check the cleaning and wear of the synchronous belt and synchronous pulley of the transmission part; open the wear of the grooved cylinder, shuttle, slider, etc. to determine whether to replace it; check the lubrication of the grooved cylinder; Check the bearings and lubrication everywhere; check the cleanliness of the cold rail, the toothed belt of the false twister; the rotation flexibility of the apron wheel, etc.
3. Maintenance of the first hot box
When the thread passes through the hot box tube, the spinning oil on the thread is heated and volatilized, and a small part of the components with lower boiling point remain in the heat pipe, and the coking of the formed dirt will affect the heating effect of the thread. , causing the quality of DTY to decline, so it should be removed regularly. The cleaning cycle depends on the fineness of the processed yarn, the running speed of the machine and the type and content of POY oil, generally 2-3 months. Periodically clean the wire guide tube in the first hot box. Take out the tube from above, immerse it in 15%-20% lye solution and heat it, take it out after cooling, wash it with hot water, then dry it with compressed air, and check whether the dirt in the tube is cleaned. When cleaning the tube, be careful not to damage the nozzle, inner surface and other machine parts.
4. Maintenance of the second hot box
The wire guide tube in the second hot box should be cleaned regularly. Turn the hot box to a tilted state, pull out the tube from above, immerse it in 15%-20% lye solution and heat it, take it out after cooling, wash it with hot water, and then dry it with compressed air to check whether the dirt in the tube is cleaned. When cleaning the tube, be careful not to smash the nozzle and inner wall, so as to avoid the damaged tube from rubbing the processed silk thread.
5. Maintenance of top rollers
The first and second roller top rollers are generally polished once after 1-3 months of use, and the three-roller top rollers are polished once in about 6 months. During grinding, check whether the bearing rotation is flexible.
6. Maintenance of friction false twister
It is necessary to remove the waste silk wound on the friction spindle and the "snowflakes" on the friction disc in time. When the abnormal rotation speed of the friction disc, the imbalance of false twist tension (confirmed to be caused by the friction and false twister), and the difficulty in spinning, should be removed. Friction false twister inspection. Check whether the small bearing of the false twister is damaged and whether the rotation is flexible, and whether the small toothed belt that drives the three spindles is stretched or worn. If any abnormality is found, it should be replaced in time.
The surface of the friction disc should also be checked regularly. If the surface is found to be peeling, scratched, rough, etc., it must be replaced in time. When adjusting the friction disc, pay attention to:
1. Before using the friction disc, wash the surface with gasoline or alcohol, dry it with a cloth, and blow it with air for 30 minutes.
2. When using all-ceramic discs, it is necessary to prevent the friction disc from falling or colliding during the normal transportation, and to avoid sudden cooling and long-term contact with corrosive chemicals.
3. Strictly follow the order of discs and spacer blocks. And remember the A, B, C order of the three spindles.
4. The spacer block should be placed according to the regulations so as to clamp the disc. The contact surfaces of discs and spacers must be clean and free of burrs.
5. After the disc is placed, it is necessary to check whether the height of the stack is appropriate, and then position and fasten the spring cap. The spring cap must be tightened with a torque wrench and suitable socket wrench.
6. When installing the lower part of the false twister, the spindle plate must be aligned with the dragon belt, and the center line of the spindle shaft must be perpendicular to the running direction of the dragon belt, so as to avoid damage to the spindle bearing and local wear of the dragon belt during operation.
7. Adjustment of winding device
If it is found that the winding bobbin is poorly formed, there is a winding outside (winding that is out of the normal trajectory), sagging, and the surface hardness difference is large, the winding system must be checked to check whether the winding bobbin jumps and whether the trajectory of the traversing wire guide is not. Correct etc.
8. Check the elastic coupling
Every time the machine is shut down, it is necessary to check whether the elastic coupling of each part is loose or worn. If there is any looseness, the cause must be tightened. If it is worn, it must be replaced.
9. Check the timing belt
