We check raw materials before manufacturing following ISO 9001:2000-certified guidelines. Our stable relationships with two tungsten suppliers mean we have the resources to fill volume orders. And we use fourteen-tube reduction to control tungsten powder size and carbon content. We also use Sinter-HIP cold isostatic pressing to increase intensity and density.
Our QC Process
Our 65 QC staff inspect your order during and after production, and again before delivery. This process ensures our products carry a 98 percent qualification rate.
