Our Continuous Marination Production Line offers efficient, automated marination for various food products. Designed for high-volume production, it ensures consistent flavor and quality, ideal for large-scale food processing operations.
SL-20000 marinated egg production line is a complete set of egg (brown shell and white shell egg) processing and production equipment independently produced by our company based on foreign advanced technology. The main parts of the equipment are all imported, and are digested, transformed and innovated according to the characteristics of domestic raw eggs and customer needs. The egg washing, centering, steaming and peeling production line integrates automatic cleaning, pre-cooking, steaming, cooling, shell breaking and shelling. The complete set of egg processing production line equipment has a high automation program. The whole machine is made of SUS304 food-grade stainless steel, which is safe and hygienic, reliable in quality, and easy to maintain. At the same time, it is produced in a continuous assembly line with high production efficiency and labor saving. The production line adopts a unique centering pre-cooking system to make the egg yolk not eccentric, so the breakage rate is lower. The production line adopts (steaming) soda water mixed heating to save energy consumption. After boiling the eggs, they directly enter cold water for cooling, so the eggshell membrane and egg white are easy to separate, and the peeling efficiency is higher. This production line is suitable for the processing and production needs of egg processing companies such as boiled eggs, marinated eggs, iron eggs, and salt-baked eggs.

Process flow:
Main functions: egg loading, visual inspection, egg size selection, brush cleaning, pre-cooking and centering, pre-cooking, cooling, shelling, eggshell conveying, cleaning and selection, swing pot high temperature marinating
1. Egg cleaning part:
1. Use the egg stacker to stack the eggs onto the equipment and automatically arrange them into multiple rows.
2. Use LED special light source to detect and select bad eggs.
3. The eggs are gathered into double rows and sprayed and arranged with hot water (cleaner) before brush cleaning.
4. The overweight or underweight eggs are removed by weight using an electronic scale.
5. The eggs are washed with a special brush.
2. Egg steaming:
1. The cleaned double-row eggs are spread into multiple rows and transported in an entire row uphill.
2. The eggs are pre-cooked with a unique mechanical structure.
3. The eggs are boiled in water using automatically controlled steam and hot water.
4. The eggs are cooled with tap water
. 3. The egg peeling:
1. The cooled eggs are cracked and peeled.
2. The bad eggs are selected and sprayed and rinsed.
4. Egg braising system:
The continuous braising line can be used for braising, and a braising tank or sandwich pot can also be used for braising.
