A complete Feed pellet plant, from raw material processing to final pellet packing, can be divided into the following three parts:

--Feed Material handling system
?Feed hammer mill is used to crushing the material such as corn, wheat and other grains into powder with diameter 3-5mm which is suitable for being processed by pelletizing machine.
?During the grinding process, a feed material mixer is needed to make different raw materials mixed homogeneously and thoroughly to ensure high quality feed pellets.

--Feed Pelletizing system
?Pelletizing process is the core part of the complete feed pellet plants. Whether you can choose the appropriate feed pellet machine will directly effect the productive efficiency and quality of final feed pellets. our ring die feed pellet mill and flat die feed pellet mill can meet different scale feed pellets production.

--Pellets cooling and Packing system
?After the pelletizing process we need use a feed pellet cooler to reduce moisture to an appropriate content, generally 12% moisture content is suitable, but for some customers in very humidity climate, the moisture content can reach 7%-8%.
?The last process is packing, our pellet packing machine is vacuum type equipped with a weight sensor and adjuster. It integrates auto filling,auto weighing and auto sewing,thus realizes labor-saving operation. Vacuum pellet packing machine can prevent pellets from damp, oxidation, corrosion so as to keep them high quality.
