Therefore, the proper design of the waste heat boiler is paramount to the heat recovery system. Our WHRB adopts inner hang-in-suspension structure to allow free movement of the entire membrane section. Membrane section is double sealed by folded steel boards to ensure zero air leakage. With a pre-designed optimal gas velocity, heat transfer surface areas that are in initial direct contact with flue gas are also attached with additional heat-resistant stainless steel covers to ensure the long lifespan of our product. Low temperature section employs fin tubes to expand heat exchange surface area for the maximization of steam output. We choose natural circulation to be boiler’s circulation mode.
