3+1-CNC-3000 aluminum profile drilling machine is designed for processing various holes and milling tasks on industrial aluminum alloy profiles, doors, windows, and curtain walls. It features a 6kW air-cooled electric spindle with a speed range of 0~18000rpm, ensuring high precision and reliability. The CNC control system is complemented by CAD-CAM software for easy and efficient G-code processing.

It incorporates high-quality transmission components, including imported rails, sliders, and high-precision gear and rack systems, enhancing machine accuracy. The worktable rotates 180° for efficient three-sided processing and deep hole operations.

Cooling is managed by a spray device controlled by an electric pump oil system. The machine employs Schneider Electric components for electrical reliability. All steel structural parts of the machine have undergone aging treatment for durability.
