Cleaning egg processing production line
　　1. Egg loading: manually loading eggs onto the conveyor belt.
　　2. High-pressure spraying: during the transportation process, the spray liquid can be heated by high-pressure spraying with clean water, and disinfectant can be sprayed on the surface of the eggs.
　　3. Brush cleaning: after being sprayed with clean water, the eggs enter the brush for cleaning. The eggs are guaranteed to rotate during the transportation process, and the eggs are brushed in all directions with a brush.
　　4. Drying system: mechanical brushing and low-temperature drying are used to remove moisture attached to the surface of the eggs.
　　5. Optical inspection: Using special light sources and mechanical structures to transmit eggs, cracked eggs, impurity eggs, blistered eggs and other defective eggs can be checked. Visual crack detection machine can also be selected according to demand.
　　6. Electronic grading (mechanical grading can also be selected): Using an electronic control system, eggs are divided into four plus one or five plus one according to different weights, and are classified in order from large to small.
　　7. Belt egg collection: Manual boxing is carried out through the egg collection belt.
　　The cleaning line adopts a modular design, and can be equipped with transition egg loading + grading equipment, optical inspection system and drying system, sterilization system, inkjet system, oiling system, etc. according to the customer's production process.
