Structure:
This chili paste grinder is mainly composed of feeding hopper, stater and rotor, discharging outlet, water circulation system, and a motor.

Working principle:
The fresh chili materials are put into the feeding hopper, and then they will enter into the grinding chamber, the stater and rotor in the grinding chamber are rotating with a high speed in opposite direction, the strong grinding power created by the stater and rotor will crush the chili materials into thin particles and through the coarse and fine grinding process, the chili particles will be ground into fine and smooth chili sauce. During the grinding process, you can adjust the machine to get the ideal grinding fineness you want.

Tips:
If your raw materials are dried chili, you need to add water, oil or other fluid materials to chili materials for chili sauce grinding.
