1.Introduction
This rapid test is an immuno-chromatographic test, using colloidal gold immunoassay method, to detect Parvovirus antigen. After adding sample from rectum or fresh feces, the sample move along with the colloidal gold labeling Parvovirus antibody, is there is Parvovirus antigen in the sample, it combines with antibody on T line and show wine-red color; if there is no Parvovirus antigen, then no color reaction.

3. Test Procedure
1) Open the package, take out test card.
2) Using swab moistened with saline to collect sample from rectum or fresh feces. Insert the swab into sample buffer, mix and stir to evenly, use dropper absorb supernatant. Then add 2-3 drops sample to well.
3) Put it at room temperature for 10~15min, read the result, result beyond 15 min can only as a reference.
