Spray sterilizer principle:
Place the product into the sterilization pot, seal the pot door according to the triple interlocking requirements, inject a small amount of process water into the pot, and when the set liquid level is reached, the water is atomized and evenly sprayed on the surface of the sterilized product through a large-flow circulation pump through a filter, a heat exchanger, and a spray pipe nozzle, so that the heat distribution in the pot is uniform and consistent, and there is no dead angle in the sterilization; steam is taken in from another circuit of the heat exchanger, and the condensed water is recycled. The constant temperature sterilization temperature can be controlled at ±0.4℃.
Scope of application:
Spray sterilizer is suitable for all kinds of high temperature resistant packaging materials:
1. Plastic containers: PP bottles, PP cups, PP boxes, HDPE bottles, HDPE cups, HDPE boxes.
2. Soft bag packaging: aluminum foil bags, transparent bags, vacuum bags, high temperature steaming and other snack foods and gas-packed products.
3. Canned products: tinplate (three-piece cans), aluminum cans (two-piece cans), aluminum bowls, and aluminum boxes.
4. Glass container: glass bottle.
Features of spray sterilizer
1. Indirect heating and indirect cooling, cooling water does not contact process water, avoiding secondary contamination of food.
2. PLC full-automatic control, touch screen command input. It uses the world-renowned brand Siemens ( ) to store multiple sterilization formulas, and the low-voltage electrical appliances use the world-renowned brand Schneider (
), temperature and pressure control, stable and reliable operation.
3. The sterilization process formula is protected by multi-level passwords, eliminating the possibility of misoperation.
4. F value sterilization control system, multi-stage heating and cooling, constant detection of the F value of sterilized products, to ensure consistent high-quality products. Constant temperature sterilization temperature can be controlled at ±0.4℃; pressure can be controlled at ±0.005MPa.
5. The sterilization process water preheating system ensures that the hot-filled products continue to heat up.
6. A small amount of sterilization process water circulates quickly to quickly meet the sterilization process requirements and save energy consumption.
