Matters need to attention in using air grip union

Use double-barreled pump with pressure cylinder to inflate pneumatic tire of air grip union and equip with a gas nozzle. And you can inflate pneumatic tire with compressed air in the conditions of equipped with compressed air source. We prepare lengthened tube pump for our customers.
Cover the gas nozzle protector on gas nozzle after pneumatic tire inflation or deflation to prevent gas nozzle damaged.
Protect gas nozzle carefully in installing pneumatic tire into steel shell or taking out pneumatic tire from steel shell to prevent shortening the air grip union service life.
The inflation pressure of pneumatic tire should be 0.3 MPa larger than pipeline pressure to ensure reliable sealing.
Take off gas nozzle protector firstly in dismantling pipeline and deflate pneumatic tire with thin stick to release pressure. And pneumatic tire can recover to the original shape and size within 1-4 seconds after deflation to take out the tube from pneumatic tire freely.
In order to protect pneumatic tire, the two ends of steel pipe should have chamfering of 15° and steel pipe surface should be smooth and have no thorn and pits.
Deflate pneumatic tire thoroughly before the steel pipe inserted into it. Or the tube cannot be inserted into pneumatic tire properly.
