Accessories of Safety Valve Test Bench
Shineeast Accessories of Safety Valve Test Bench consist of grinding plate, grinding head and auxiliary tools.
Two grinding plates are used for grinding the valve element, with the diameter of hard alloy fine grinding plate of 270 mm and the diameter of soft cast iron coarse grinding plate of 300 mm.
The grinding head for grinding the valve seat has 9 sizes (DN20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 150 mm). It is designed according to the standard drift diameter of GB1047 and is applicable to the repair of various types of safety valves with nominal drift diameter of DN32~150 mm. The structure is the latest combined inner guide type, which is very convenient to use.
The accessories are durable and have remarkable benefits. If there is wear over time, it can be smoothed on the surface grinder. This tool can adapt to field operation.
