1. Theory

The Maxlipo Light delivers both 635nm and 940nm light via high-powered, German-made, surface mount microchip lamps that are imbedded in a soft and flexible pad. This pad can easily be applied to any part of the body. Because of the Maxlipo Light’s proprietary reflective coating, the light that would normally bounce off the skin is reflected back, resulting in a much higher retention of light energy than with other similar devices. No other system has this reflective coating. Maxlipo Light temperature is between 43-50 degree, actual skin contact temperature is 42-45 degree.
