1. How long can the customers get their required quotation or information after their inquiry?

We will send your reply timely if we are online or in our working hours. If it is too late for us to give you& acute;re the reply, the reply can be sent you in 12 hours as the deadline we promise to you.

2. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples be finished?

3 to 5 working days is the delivery time of the samples. And if you need many samples such as 30 items, it will take a little longer time.

3. What we can provide with you after the goods is shipped out from our factory

For each shipment, we will follow the container status until the container arrives at your port. And after that we will also follow if there is any damage during the transportation and how about the quantity of the goods you receive.
