The sawing processing center basically realizes cutting without material head (only the blade width). Because the traditional double-headed saw is manual feeding, it must leave a 5-10mm left, and it is controlled by the workers themselves. The use of CNC manipulator for feeding can completely avoid the waste of profiles due to human operation. Cutting each finished profile can save 5-10mm profiles; by optimizing calculations, it can save about 1% of materials.

● High efficiency advantages:

The blanking time of each finished product is 10-13 seconds. According to 8 hours / can cut 2200-2600 pieces, which is 2-3 times more efficient than a double-head saw. (efficient)

● High precision structural features:

a. High angular accuracy, the left and right heads alternately cut , the saw blade angle is 45 degrees, the cutting angle is fixed, the angular accuracy is high, and the angle is controlled at ± 0.1 °.

b. The cutting verticality is high accuracy. The profile cutting adopts plate clamping. The cutting reference plane is the same as the reference plane of the group angle machine. As long as the profile has a good cutting reference plane, the cutting angle can be guaranteed. c. The cutting dimension has high precision. The manipulator feed guide adopts high-precision square guide rail and rack drive. It has high repeat positioning accuracy, consistent with any length accuracy, repeat positioning accuracy: ± 0.05mm, cutting length accuracy: ≤0.1mm.

d. There are three guide rails on the rack, and the error is only 2 wires per meter. The guide rail precision is high, and the precision of gears and racks reaches the German standard 6 level.

e. The stable frame can guarantee high precision. Through natural aging and vibration aging treatment, high stability of the frame is guaranteed.

f. The cutting surface of the cutting center and the group corner surface are in the same plane, which can better ensure the accuracy.

The sawing machining center uses a numerical control system. Workers only need to load and unload, which reduces the error rate of workers' operations, and does not require high-level operators, which reduces the labor intensity compared to ordinary double-headed saws.
