The surface of these items is protected by hot galvanisation or a suitable alternative coating. This series is divided into subgroups of specific applications, i.e. support, tension, anchor, branch or underpass towers.
In material, it is divided into three types, completely lattice angular tower, completely lattice tubular tower or combined tower by angle and tube, this tower often stub legs by tube and bracing, gusset and web part by angle steel.

After fabrication all 110KV overhead transmission line steel tower are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers. Even we take secondary finish for client again, which as duplex surface treatment. The duplex coating applied in our own paint shop.
Duplex surface treatment involves sand-blasting to remove 5-10 microns of the 70-150 micron thick hot dip galvanization coating. This removes any contaminants and roughens the surface.
