Inflatable Welding Machine is a set automatic slide-tray welding machine, input the workpiece materials in the working position automatically to weld by the feeding slide-tray of the two side,then the finished processed product is delivered by the automatic slide-tray from the working position after which accomplish the whole flow.simutanously the operator can input the material continuously according to the slide-tray tempo,high frequency ,the slide-tray of the two side accomplish welding and cutting automatically and efficiency. The user can set the operating time freely, generally 6.5 second as a operating tempo.

What is H.F/RF welding ?
High frequency welding is the joining of material by supplying H.F energy in the form of an electromagnetic field (27.12 MHz) and pressure to the material surfaces to be joined. A generator produces the energy. The tool used to supply the energy is called an electrode. The electrical energy causes the molecules within the material to start moving, which generates heat that causes the material to soften and thereby fuse together. No outside heat is applied. It is instead generated within the material. After cooling the welded surface under maintained pressure, the material is fused and a weld has been created. The weld seam can be at least as strong as the surrounding material or even stronger.
Four important factors that affect the final weld result are pressure, welding effect, welding time and cooling time. These parameters can be adjusted and combined in different ways to achieve the optimal welding result for a specific material.
The material most commonly used with HF welding is PVC (polyvinyl chloride), sometimes called vinyl and PU (Polyurethane). The material can be thick or thin, reinforced or coated. It can also be plain, coloured or patterned.

Usage :
1) There are four work stations both side of the machine.It is automatic slide table and control the table moving by converter motor.;
2) Turn on the machine, prepare warm up about 15 minutes;
3) The tooling is holding by tooling hanger ,when the operators is preparing the materials;
4) ?According to quality and thickness of the poster surface material, consider the ground circumstance, adjust the proper air pressure and weld time, press the start button, then the Machine start running, after go inside of the top press plate, the press plate come down and welding is started ,the two pvc materials will be welded in one.
