Operation procedure
1.Tear colloidal gold strips package and remove the strips
2.Take 5mL raw milk into 15mL tube,add 0.8g of Extraction reagent 1 ,add 8ml Extraction agent 2,dry at 60-70℃ with gas.
3.Add 0.3mL Resolve working solution into the 5mL tube,Centrifuge at 4000g for 1min.
4. Take 150ul lower layer solution into microwell, after 2 minutes by a dropper pipetting solution 10 times, transfer the mixed liquid into sample hole in the strips.
5.Read the result during 8-10mins.

T>C NEGATIVE Samples contains no Nitroimidazole or residue is lower than detection value
T≤C POSITIVE Sample contains nitroimidazol at the detection value or higher than detection value
NO C INVALID C line does not appear, the test strip may be improper operation or has expired. You should read the instructions again and retest with a new test strip


Specificity
This product has no cross-reactivity with chloramphenicol, streptomycin, tetracycline and other drugs.
