# The mat in the items is acid free. It means it can keep the color not fade for a long time. For this item, it can keep white for at least one year.
# All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which content the lead is no more than 0.3mg/L
# All the products are cut by digital control machine so the difference between the actual sizes of the products and your required sizes of the products are within +/- 2mm. It means our precision of the products sizes in frame industry is very high.
# The painted is sprayed by the skilled workers so it looks nice and good,
# We can make the packing to pass the drop testing if you need
# The finishing coat of each item is done if the no dust workshop. In this workshop, there is windy system to press the dust to the ground so that the dust can not float in the air to attach to the surface of the products. In this way, the last paint does not have any dust on it. So the whole product looks clean and smooth.
# The glass is washed by the water in the machine and dried in the machine as well. So the glass is very clean and no dirty mark on it in the product.

1. How quickly we can response after your inquiry

Normally, in our working hours, we will give you the reply immediately within 30 minutes. If it out of working periods, we will give your feedback within 12 hours after your inquiry.

2. How long can you get the samples If you place a sample order with us.

The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.

3. The samples will be charged or not?

The samples will be charged if you need more than 3 pieces. And the samples will be returned to you if there Is an order from your side.

4. If your order is a LCL order, how to ship it out.

?

In fact, we always ask our customers to ship the goods directly from Wuhan port. However, if the order is a LCL order, there is no choice but to ship the goods to Shanghai port firstly and then load them into the container with other goods there, There is a big trouble that it is more than 1000kms from Wuhan to Shanghai, So how to protect the goods from the damage is most important for LCL order. We always use the bubble bag for each item and then add 1 cm or 2 cm thickness foam sheet to the 6 insides of the master cartons to reduce the possibility of the damage for the goods.

5. What we can do for protection of the goods during the long distance transportation.

Some filler will be added in to the cartons such as PEP bag, Foam Sheet to give enough protection for the goods to reduce the risk of possible damage which is caused in the long transportation from our factory to your warehouse

6. What shall we do after the goods is shipped out to you?

Firstly, we will send you the shipping advice to you which containers the shipping information of the vessel and the goods to help you the purchase the insurance of this shipment. This is very important for the buyers to reduce the risk of the shipment we consider. Secondly, we will follow the shipment timely. Before the container arrives at your port, a kindly email will be sent you as a reminder to remind you the container will arrive soon. Thirdly, after you receive and check the goods, we need your help to give us some feedback on the quality of the goods such as the packing, the details of the goods and so on.
