1. All the components of the shuttle cannot be opened, moved, maintained or repaired by customers themselves. Only qualified engineers or personnel who have been trained can handle the shuttles.

2. Special attention should be paid to the pallet shuttle storage racking?in the freezers and cold storage. Shuttle battery cannot be charged in the freezers or cannot immediately be charged when moving out of the freezers.
