Working principle:
The core components of this grinding machine are stater and rotor, the high-speed relative rotating of stater and rotor of different shape, can create powerful shear force, friction, impact force, high frequency vibration force to the material. Under the action of their weight, gas pressure and centrifugal force, the raw materials entered into the clearance between the stater and rotor, and be broken, dispersed, emulsified, mixed. Grinding chamber has three grinding area for coarse grinding, fine grinding and superfine grinding, you can adjust the clearance of the stater and rotor to make the products reach the ideal fineness.
