1 High safety and low fault rate
When the no-crushing foreign matters pass through the crushing cavity or the machine overloads because of some reasons, the spring security system of the cone-crusher achieves its insurance to enlarge the discharge ore. The foreign matters are discharged from the crushing cavity of the cone-crusher. If the foreign matters wedge at the gape, the clean-cavity system is used to enlarge the discharge ore till the foreign matters are discharged from the crushing cavity. Under the function of the spring, the discharge resets automatically for normal work.

This machine adopts the laminating crushing principle so most of the crushing products are cubic. The perfect combination of the crushing cavity with high performance and the high crushing frequency increases the crushing handing ability greatly.
