I know of no tool shop in NA (that& acute;s not to say they do not exist) that has set themselves as I laid out above. if you can find the reliable one, I mean who can supply the problem free injection mold tooling, it would be not bad idea to use the Overseas Mold Makers.

I really agree with that. You may not trust someone you don& acute;t know. That& acute;s why so many plastic injection molding companies demand an on-site audit when assessing a supplier. You& acute;re always welcome to visit our office and injection mold factory anytime.

I think the price of material is a major element. You know, For example, the mold steel, people in China can make many equivalent steels in stead of the exact one which import from other countries. More and more thins become to be made in China. Some injection mold tooling suppliers who insist to use the import material , and then their price must be higher than who use the cheaper injection mold in China.
