Description

1- Standard: ANS/API 5L PSL1&PSL2
2- Grade
PSL1—A, B, X42, X46, X52, X56, X60, X65, X70
PSL2---BM, X42M, X46M, X52M, X56M, X60M, X65M, X70M
3- Type：Spiral welded(SSAW)

4- Size: NPS 8 TO NPS 118[DN200 to DN 3000], with nominal（average）wall thickness as given in ASME B 36.10M or as customer’s requirement.
5- Outer Diameter: from 8”(219.1mm) to 118”(3000mm)
6- Thickness: from 6mm to 25mm.
7- Length: Min 3 Meters, Max18 Meters, or according to customer’s requirement.

8- Surface Treatment: Normally bare or black vanish, FBE/2PE/3PE Coated.
9- Usage: API 5L steel pipes for petroleum and natural gas transportation.
10- Packing:
1). Small sizes below 219.1mm in bundles, Large sizes in bulk
2). If need, all the pipes can be covered in waterproof wrapping.
11- Testing: Product analysis, Tendile test, CVN Impact test, Drop-weight tear test, Full section bend test, Guided-bend test, Flattening test, Hardness test, Macrographic and metallographic tests, Hydrostatic test, Surface condition and dimensions, NDT of the weld and etc. As customer’s requirement.
