Standard: ANS/API 5L PSL1&PSL2( Specification for Line Pipe)
Grade：PSL1—A, B, X42, X46, X52, X56, X60, X65, X70; PSL2---BM, X42M, X46M, X52M, X56M, X60M, X65M, X70M
1) Type: Electric Resistance Welded(ERW)
2) Size: NPS 1 TO NPS 24 [DN25 to DN 600], with nominal（average）
3) wall thickness as given in ASME B 36.10M or as customer’s requirement.
Outer Diameter: from 1”(33.4mm) to 24”(610mm)
Thickness: from 4mm to 12mm.
Length: Min 3 Meters, Max18 Meters, or according to customer’s requirement.
Surface Treatment: Normally bare or black vanish, FBE/2PE/3PE Coated.
Usage: API 5L steel pipes for petroleum and natural gas transportation.
Packing: Small sizes below 219.1mm in bundles, Large sizes in bulk. If need, all the pipes can be covered in waterproof wrapping.
Testing: Product analysis, Tendile test, CVN Impact test, Drop-weight tear test, Full section bend test, Guided-bend test, Flattening test, Hardness test, Macrographic and metallographic tests, Hydrostatic test, Surface condition and dimensions, NDT of the weld and etc. As customer’s requirement.
