? Step 1 Pre-treatment
We need to be ready all materials for the product, and be sure to everything is ok.

? Step 2 Surface cleaning
Regarding the material cleaning, the surface of the material, needs to be cleaned, and ensure the finished product is perfect.

? Step 3 Spray-painting
In this processing, we will spray the surface after cleaning to keep the surface smooth.

? Step 4 Vacuum Coating
After spray-painting, it needs to be vacuum coating to protect the surface.

? Step 5 UV curing
In order to cool the vacuum coating quickly, they should be put to the UV curing.

? Step 6 Thermal curing
To be curing again, keep the surface strong enough.

? Step 7 Finished products inspection
In this step, the whole acrylic is finished ,we will inspect to ensure if they are perfect.

? Step 8 Safe packing
Finished the whole product, they are packed in safe way. Our safe packing is bubble bag+ poly foam + cartons/wooden cases.
