Port and dock dredge hose has excellent flexibility and it is easy to install and remove for the unique flange structure. What& acute;s more, it has outstanding stability and it is resistant to kink thanks to its reinforcement. Besides, its customized hose diameter, length and tube thickness make it widely used in the construction of various ports and docks.

Port and dock dredge hose is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from the mixture of natural rubber and synthetic rubber, mainly EPDM, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion and aging. The reinforcement is made from multiple layers of synthetic fabrics and spring helix steel wire, making the hose stable and resistant to kink. More importantly, the reinforcement makes the hose has good rigidity, so the hose is not easily bent. The cover is made from high quality SBR or neoprene, making the hose resistant to abrasion, cut, corrosion, weather, ozone, aging and sunlight.
